Getting Started Guide

Welcome to Lendiom

This guide will help you set up your Lendiom account, create your organization, add inventory properties for financing, onboard clients, and create your first owner-financed contract or rental agreement. By the end, you’ll be ready to fully manage your property portfolio with ease.


Step 1: Sign Up

To create your personal user account:

  1. Visit Lendiom’s registration page.
  2. Provide the following details:
    • Full Name
    • Email Address
    • Password
    • Mobile Number
  3. Confirm your email address by clicking the link in the confirmation email.
  4. Once confirmed, you’ll be taken to the next step to set up your organization.

Step 2: Create an Organization

After signing up, follow these steps to create your organization:

  1. Business Details
    Provide:

    • Business Name
    • Phone Number
    • Website (optional)
    • Mailing Address
  2. Billing Details
    Enter:

    • Billing Address (can be same as mailing)
    • Payment Method (credit/debit card)
  3. Billing Plan
    Select whether you prefer monthly or annual billing. Optionally, enter in a coupon code. Note: All new organizations start with a 31-day free trial. Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges!

Once completed, your organization is set up, and you can start managing your properties and clients.

Step 3: Add Inventory

To add your inventory of properties:

  1. Navigate to the Inventory page in the Lendiom dashboard.

  2. Click the Add New button.

  3. Complete the three-step process:

    • Step 1: Select a category (see the FAQ for available options). Then choose the type and status.
    • Step 2: Provide high-level details based on the category.
    • Step 3: Review the details to ensure accuracy.
  4. Click Save. Next up you will want to:

    • For Land: Create tracts of land on the inventory page.
    • For Multifamily: Create units within the property.
    • For Residential: View detailed property information.

Your property is now part of your inventory and ready for use.

Step 4: Add a Client

To add a new client:

  1. Navigate to the Clients page.

  2. Click the Add New Client button.

  3. Enter the client’s:

    • Full Name
    • Contact Information (email, phone, and address)
  4. If available, enter their Tax Identification Number (TIN).
    Note: The TIN is encrypted for security and requires your password to decrypt and view.

  5. Click Save to finish. Your client is now ready to be linked to a property or agreement.
